Philadelphia Flyers Caravan To Stop In Ocean City Tuesday

Meet Flyers prospects, Flyers alumni and of course, Gritty himself, at the annual Community Caravan on July 15.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — The Philadelphia Flyers is kicking off its ninth annual Community Caravan Tuesday in Ocean City.

The Flyers will stop at the Sports and Civics Center (6th Street and the Boardwalk) on July 15 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. This year’s Community Caravan marks the program’s ninth consecutive year in an effort to connect with Flyers fans throughout the offseason.

The event will feature Flyers prospects Devin Kaplan, Oliver Bonk and Heikki Ruohonen along with Flyers Alumni Bob Kelly, Todd Fedoruk, Chris Therien and Brian Prop. Fans can also look forward to appearances by the Flyers own In-Arena Host Everett Jackson, the Flyers Ice Team and of course, the iconic Gritty.

Fans attending this summer’s Caravan events will have the chance to get their hands on a lineup of exclusive Flyers-themed giveaways, including straw hats, canvas keychains, Gritty magnet bottle openers, Gritty straw toppers, and more. Fans will also have the opportunity to shop official Flyers apparel and novelties at the Flyers merch pop-up.
