Power Outage Planned In Ocean City On Wednesday Morning

Officials announced there will be two separate power outages in Ocean City on Wednesday morning both lasting about 15 minutes each.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — A planned power outage will go into effect in Ocean City on Wednesday morning while Atlantic City Electric works on energy equipment.

For Atlantic City Electric to safely conduct this work, some customers will experience a service interruption Wednesday morning starting around 7:30 a.m. that will last for approximately 15 minutes.

There we will be two separate outages both lasting approximately 15 minutes each.

The first outage is expected to occur at about 7:30 a.m. and will last approximately 15 minutes. It includes 1,902 customers on this map and 579 customers that live from approximately 10th Street to 17th Street from Central to the bay.

The second outage will occur at about 7:45 a.m. and will last approximately 15 minutes and include 291 customers from 8th Street to 9th Streets including Wesley to West Avenues.
