'Restore the Shore' Concert Set for Saturday

The free April 20 concert will feature an accomplished violinist who debuted with the Ocean City Pops at age 11.

Musicians from the Philadelphia International Music Festival will give a free concert on Saturday to "celebrate the rebuilding of the Jersey Shore."

Everybody is invited to attend "Restore the Shore" 7 p.m. April 20 at the Ocean City Tabernacle, 550 Wesley Avenue.

The concert will feature Madison Marcucci, a violinist who made her solo debut with the Ocean City Pops Orchestra at the age of 11. Now 26, Marcucci is a graduate of the Juilliard School and a teaching assistant to the principal second violinist of the Philadelphia Orchestra.

The program will also feature Michal Marcucci and other guest artists. There is no admission charge.
