Students Exhibit Pottery at Ocean City Arts Center in December
A "Meet the Artist" reception will be held Friday (Dec. 6).

Longtime pottery teacher Susan VanDuyne, along with fellow teachers Janet Kurland and Joe Dimatteo will exhibit their Ocean City Arts Center students' work in the gallery in December.
A "Meet the Artist" reception will be held Friday, December 6, from 6 pm to 8 pm.Â
The work which includes one-of-a-kind bowls, mugs, wall hangings, decorative pieces and more, will be for sale and is reasonably priced for Christmas gifts. Many of the Centers' pottery students have decades of experience in creating ceramic pieces.Â
Executive Director Rosalyn Lifshin said, " Our pottery students have worked hard for the past year to create fine ceramics which can be utilized in the kitchen or serve as a beautiful home decoration."
The exhibit will run from December 2 through December 21. The Ocean City Arts Center is located in the Community Center at 1735 Simpson Avenue, and is open 9 am to 9pm, Monday through Friday, and 9 am to 3 pm on Saturday. The Center will be closed December 21 through January 5. For more information, call (609) 399-7628.
