Vandals Smash 11 Parked Cars Near 34th Street

The incidents have all been reported in the last week.

Vandals are using landscaping rocks to shatter the windshields of cars parked between 28th and 34th streets in Ocean City.

Four incidents were reported on Friday, June 29, and another seven have been called in since then, according to Ocean City Police Capt. Steven Ang.

Each case of vandalism has occurred late at night.

The police department is encouraging anyone with information about these incidents to contact the Detective Bureau at (609) 399-9111. The investigation is ongoing, and police are trying to find video surveillance from homes or businesses in the area that may have recorded these acts of vandalism.
