Wildwood Crest Man Accused Of Multiple Sex Assaults: Prosecutor

WILDWOOD CREST, NJ — A Wildwood Crest man is charged with sexual assault in multiple incidents that date back to October, authorities said.
Michael J. Lupacckino is charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault and two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey Sutherland and Wildwood Crest Police Chief Robert Lloyd said.
Wildwood Crest police say they were alerted to Lupacckino's involvement in multiple sexual assaults dating back to October of 2024 on March 17. Further details about the alleged assaults were not shared.

The investigation, which included statements from witnesses, the collection of forensic evidence and the execution of search warrants at Lupacckino's home led to him being charged, authorities said.
“This case highlights the strong partnership between the Wildwood Crest Police Department and the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office in our shared commitment to holding offenders accountable and ensuring the safety of our community,” Sutherland said. “We are continuing our efforts to investigate and bring justice to all victims involved.”
