Bergen Realtor Sells Highest-Priced, 2-Acre Plot In 13 Years In Region

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A Bergen County realtor just closed on the highest-priced 2-acre parcel of residential land in 13 years, according to this Northern New Jersey real estate database.
Joshua Baris, a Fort Lee real estate agent with Coldwell Banker, closed on a level plot of land located at 8 Stone Tower Drive, in the Rio Vista section of Alpine. The sale price was $4.5 million.
“This was a very desirable property in Alpine, valued for its stunning, luxurious homes and close proximity to New York City,” Baris said.

Baris represented both sides of the transaction, which was an office-exclusive listing on New Jersey Multiple Listing Service — an inventory of real estate listings in Bergen, Essex, Hudson and Passaic Counties.
Baris, a release said, focuses on luxury home sales across the state of New Jersey, and the sale of this vacant residential lot in Alpine is one of his latest achievements.

Zoned for single-family residential use, the property is less than a mile away from the top-rated Alpine Elementary School.
