3 Men Sought In Parsippany Yard Assault: Cops

Alleged suspects jumped fence to homeowner's property and fled after attack, police report.

PARSIPPANY, N.J. – Three males are being sought after allegedly entering a Parsippany resident’s backyard and assaulting the victim, police said.

At 12:09 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 14, police received a call from the victim of an alleged assault. Officers responded to the scene and spoke to the male victim, 29, who said he saw three males jump the fence to the rear of his property, police said.

When the alleged victim approached the trio and asked why they were there, the suspects began to assault the victim and then fled the area.

The victim suffered minor cuts and bruises from the assault, police said.

Suspect one was described as 6’2 and 150 pounds wearing a long-sleeved shirt and blue jeans. Suspect two was described as 5’10 and 150 pounds wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black t-shirt, and blue jeans. There was no description given for suspect three.
