5 Parsippany Runners Take Express Train Past Cross Country Competition

Another week gone and another group of Parsippany runners who are making names for themselves in the Lakeland Cross Country league.

On Sunday, Sept. 27, five of Parsippany’s Express Cross Country team members placed in the top 20 in their respective divisions.

They are:

• Amanda Hoffman, 4th, Girls 11-12 category in the 3,210 meter run
• Kira Chebishev, 8th, Girls 7-8 category in the 1,730 meter run
• Brian Metz, 18th, Boys 7-8 category in the 1,730 meter run
• Sebastian Morey, 19th, Boys 9-10 category in the 2,260 meter run
• Preya Singh, 7th, Girls 13-14 category in the 3,210 meter run
