After Rainout Last Week, It's 'Elemental' For Parsippany 'Fun Fridays'

PARSIPPANY, NJ — The township's summer fun series continues this week, with a family movie showing Friday night. And, the Parsippany Farmers Market will be set up at Veterans Memorial Park for anyone looking to pick up local goodies and farm fresh produce.

The concert on Friday, June 12 (classic rock performers Rated R Band) was postponed due to storms in the forecast. This Friday's forecast looks to be mostly sunny, with lower temperatures than we saw earlier in the week.

Families can grab something to eat at a food truck or local restaurant, and gather around 7:30 p.m. for "Elemental," a Disney/Pixar film.

This 2023 movie follows an unlikely pair from Element City, where elements of fire, water, air, and earth live together — but don't always get along. The run time is 1 hour, 43 minutes and it has a PG rating.

"Fun Fridays" continues through August 23 at Veterans Memorial Park (1839 Route 46 East, Parsippany) and the Farmers Market runs weekly through October 25 , from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
