Barclays Moving 500 Jobs To Morris County: Reports
The positions, previously located in Delaware, will be moved to their new Whippany campus.

WHIPPANY, NJ — A year after opening their Whippany campus, Barclays is transferring 500 positions from Delaware to New Jersey, reports say.
The transfers will be completed by the end of 2019, the Delaware Business Times says. This is the second time the company has made a large scale transfer; 100 jobs were moved last year. In addition to the New Jersey move, some Delaware employees will be relocated to Nevada.
Once this transfer is finished, about 2,400 will be employed by Barclays in Whippany, the Daily Record reported, and that number is expected to grow as the company also searches for new hires.
