Bubbakoo's Burritos Opening Friday In Parsippany
The first 50 customers Friday morning can snag a free burrito.

PARSIPPANY, NJ — Bubbakoo's Burritos' newest location will open in Parsippany Friday, April 5.
The doors will open at 13079 Rt. 46 at 11 a.m. The first 50 customers will get a free burrito. Parsippany is the restaurant's second location; a Mount Olive one opened earlier in the year, and work is underway on a Morris Plains location.
Bubbakoo's did not announce daily hours for their new location.

Bubbakoo's Burritos, which started in Point Pleasant in 2008, offers made-to-order burritos, bowls, tacos, salad, nachos and quesadillas, but with 16 different protein options — including fried chicken, barbecue pork, Buffalo shrimp and grilled steak, as well as some more unusual flavors such as ghost pepper chicken and sriracha pork. Vegetarian options include a bean-cheese-guacamole combo, plus originals such as The Chiwawa, a cheese-smothered, panko-crusted fried rice ball.
