Crash Jamming Rt. 287 Tuesday Morning

Breaking: Drivers should leave a little extra time Tuesday morning.

PARSIPPANY, NJ -- A crash is causing traffic on Route 287 in Parsippany Tuesday morning, NJ DOT said.

The crash happened around 7:30 a.m. in the northbound lanes near Exit 40. The right and center lanes are closed; drivers will see delays around 10 minutes.

  • As of 7:30am, there are Delays on NJ 24 eastbound between I-287 and Exit 2 - CR 510/Columbia Turnpike in Hanover Twp delays due to volume.
  • As of 7:26am, there are Delays on I-287 southbound between South of Exit 52 - NJ 23 in Kinnelon and Exit 44 - US 202 in Boonton delays due to volume.
  • As of 7:24am, there are Delays on NJ 15 southbound between North of NJ 181/Espanong Rd/Weldon Rd and CR 699/Berkshire Valley Rd in Jefferson Twp delays due to volume.
  • As of 7:22am, there are Delays on I-80 eastbound between Exit 38 - US 46 in Denville Twp and Exit 43 - I-287 in Parsippany-Troy Hills Twp delays due to volume.
  • As of 7:00am, there's Construction on US 206 northbound South of CR 613/Flanders Netcong Rd in Mount Olive Twp. Right shoulder closed until 3:00 P.M.
  • As of 8:28am, there's Construction on I-80 westbound between Exit 30 - Howard Blvd in Mount Arlington and Exit 27 - NJ 183/US 206 in Roxbury Twp. All lanes shift until 11:59 P.M. on December 31, 2018, (exit 27 traffic must use the right lane).
