PARSIPPANY, NJ — The Parsippany Health Department is hosting a free rabies clinic for cats and dogs this weekend.
The clinic will be held on Nov. 3 at the OEM Building at the recycling center. Dogs can be vaccinated between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., and must be leashed by an adult.
Cats can be vaccinated between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m., and must be in carriers or similar carrying devices.
