Mack-Cali Sells Wyndham Headquarters Property for $96.6 Million

Just days after being named among the nation’s most diverse companies, Wyndham Worldwide in Parsippany just got a new landlord.

Mack-Cali sold the commercial property at 22 Sylvan Way to Griffin Capital Corp., it announced in a statement. The deal is worth $96.6 million, and in addition to the exchange, Griffin is assuming responsibility for approximately $7 million in future tenant improvement allowance and commission obligations, the statement read.

The building was constructed in 2009, Mack-Cali said, and now has a three-story, 249,409-square-foot office building.
