New Japanese Eatery Coming To Parsippany

The establishment offers a plethora of Japanese cuisine, including sushi and hibachi.

PARSIPPANY, NJ — Parsippany residents looking for quick but fresh Japanese cuisine won’t have to wait much longer, because a new hibachi restaurant is opening its doors soon.

Quickway Japanese Hibachi, a Japanese grill chain, is coming to the Troy-Hills Shopping Center at 1117 US-46, replacing Sally Beauty.

The chain has more than 60 locations across the country, and the Parsippany location is one of three that are opening in New Jersey. Other upcoming NJ locations are in Cherry Hill and West Orange.

Quickway Japanese Hibachi offers traditional hibachi delights, including beef, shrimp, fish, and tofu, all paired with noodles, rice, vegetables, and more.

In addition to several hibachi combos, the chain also offers sushi favorites like California rolls, tuna rolls, and tempura shrimp rolls, to name a few.

Indecisive diners can also enjoy bento boxes, which include your choice of protein with rice or noodles, accompanied by crispy vegetables, two spring rolls, a four-piece California roll, and two chicken dumplings.

“We believe that fresh food doesn’t have to be compromised by shortcuts or artificial ingredients. We’re committed to bringing you delicious, homemade options you can rely on,” a statement read. “From hibachi chicken to crisp vegetables to bold sushi, every bite is our way of adding some delicious ease to your day.”

There are also catering options for those looking to bring some Japanese flair to their parties.

An opening date hasn’t been determined yet, but representatives say the restaurant is coming soon.
