Motorcyclist Dies In Crash On Morris County Highway, Officials Say
The crash Monday afternoon killed a 40-year-old man from eastern Pennsylvania, said officials.
MOUNT OLIVE, NJ — Officials are investigating a crash Monday on Route 46 East in Mount Olive, which killed a Pennsylvania motorcyclist.
The Morris County Prosecutor's Office said they were notified of the fatal collision, which involved a motorcycle and a 2022 Honda, just before 1 p.m. that afternoon. The crash was near the intersection with Naughright Road.
Medics pronounced the motorcycle rider, 40-year-old Jeffery Jacobs of East Stroudsburg, dead at the scene.

The driver of the Honda remained at the scene. No charges have been filed at this time, as authorities continue to look into the cause of the crash.
