NJ Lottery Player Wins $1K A Week For Life At Morris Co. Quick Chek

WHIPPANY, NJ — A New Jersey Lottery player will receive $1,000 per week for life after purchasing a CASH4LIFE game ticket in Whippany last week, officials said.

This game offers two jackpot prizes for the $2 ticket price, and a number of smaller winnings.

The numbers picked for Thursday's drawing were 03, 07, 39, 49 and 58, with a Cash Ball of 01. Lottery officials said this lucky player purchased the ticket at Quick Chek #146, 2 South Jefferson Road in Whippany.

The grand prize gives the winner $1,000 a day for life, valued at about $7 million overall. The second-tier prize is $1,000 a week for life, which amounts to about $1 million in cash value.

"We're excited to award this lucky player with a $1,000 a week for life prize, and can't wait to hear how this will benefit them in the years to come," said New Jersey Lottery Executive Director James Carey in a statement.

CASH4LIFE is played in nine different states, with drawings held daily at 9 p.m.
