Parsippany Doctor of 45 Years Dies at 79

PARSIPPANY – Dr. Arjun Dhirmalani worked in Parsippany for 45 years, and helped thousands of locals to become healthy.

The physician and grandfather died at 79.

Dhirmalani was born in India and moved to the United States in 1967. He lived in Montville the last 32 years, but is doctor’s office was in Parsippany for more than four decades. He retired earlier this year.

Dhirmalani is survived by his wife, Mildred; two sons; two daughters; and 14 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Saturday, Dec. 19 from 2 to 6 p.m. at Parsippany-Troy Hills Funeral Home.
