Parsippany Farmers Market Canceled Due To Weather
The National Weather Service predicts showers and possibly a thunderstorm.

PARSIPPANY, NJ — The Parsippany Farmers Market has been canceled for Friday because of impending storms, township officials announced.
The free market is typically held on Fridays from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Veteran's Memorial Park on Route 46.
The National Weather Service predicts showers before 2 p.m., followed by showers and possibly a thunderstorm. Some storms may produce small hail and strong winds.

Showers and possibly a thunderstorm are also expected before 11 p.m., followed by a chance of showers and thunderstorms between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m., and then a slight chance of showers after 5 a.m.
After 11 p.m., there will be patchy fog, forecasters predict.

According to officials, in the coming weeks there will also be live music and activities for children as part of the new agreement with Megabyte Events, which will manage the weekly markets.
