Parsippany HS Hall Of Fame Looking For Nominees

Know a PHS graduate that did big things? Nominate them for the hall of fame.

PARSIPPANY, NJ — Parsippany High School is looking for nominees for its Hall Of Fame. Do you know a graduate who has done big things?

Nominees can be either graduates or former faculty members. If a graduate, they must have graduated in 2008 or prior. Staff members should have retired or left the school before 2015. Nominees do not have to be college graduates, and posthumous nominations are accepted. Up to 10 people could be inducted.

Some of the fields being recognized are music, school services, fine arts, medicine, business, journalism, politics, athletics, education, science, armed forces, community service. Those inducted will be honored at a ceremony and basketball game later this year.

Three things are considered:

  1. Recognized excellence in one’s field/profession.
  2. Service and dedication to PHS.
  3. Contributions to professional/civic organizations and/or publications, presentations, and recognition.

Nominees can be submitted by relatives, friends, or co-workers. To find forms, visit http://www.pthsd.k12.nj.us/SCH/PHS/Hall.of.Fame/hof.html.
