PARSIPPANY – He wasn’t expecting it, but it certainly made sense for him to receive it.
Parsippany-Troy Hills Township Mayor James Barberio, attending the recent Parsippany Hills High School Vikings Football Awards Banquet, was pleasantly surprised when the Forever Viking Award was given to him.
The award is bestowed upon graduates of Parsippany Hills who have been great supporters of the program.
