Phony Bomb Threat At Parsippany Hotel Under Investigation

Holiday Inn on Route 46 had rude awakening Thursday morning, police report.

PARSIPPANY, N.J. – Police are investigating a phony bomb threat that upended an entire hotel’s guest list in the middle of the night.

Parsippany police received a call reporting a bomb at the Holiday Inn on Route 46 at 3:40 a.m. Thursday, police said. Multiple units responded to the location, along with Morris County Sheriff’s Department K-9 Units.

A check of the area was completed and no suspicious items or bombs were found, police said.
