BOONTON TOWNSHIP, NJ -- Kevin Jonas, known best for being a Jonas Brother, has sold his $1.95 million Boonton home after 3 years on and off the market.
The Boonton home, bought by Jonas in 2013, was designed by JonasWerner Fine Homes and is described in listings as a "Hamptons style gated masterpiece."

The 5 bedroom 6 bath home was first listed in 2014 for $3.35 million. Its most recent list price was $2.25, though it sold for less.
The home certainly has plenty of Hollywood touches, with a 1,500 bottle wine cellar, saltwater pool, automatic movie screen, putting green and bocce ball court, just to make a few.

Jonas rose to fame as 1/3 of the Grammy-nominated band, the Jonas Brothers. The band broke up in 2013, and Jonas now works primarily as a real estate developer.Although not in music anymore, he still has a huge following in the Garden State: his appearance at a recent Montclair concert put on by brother Joe elicited earsplitting screams from the audience.
Both Jonas and his wife, Danielle Deleasa, are New Jersey natives (he was raised in Wyckoff, she in Denville). The couple starred on the short lived Married To Jonas, and currently reside in Essex County.
