Radio Nashville Concert in the Week Ahead

See what's going on this week in Parsippany-Troy Hills.

There are no scheduled public meetings this week in Parsippany-Troy Hills after an extremely busy and eventful week.

A "Radio Nashville" concert will be held on Thursday, July 25, at 7:30 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Park.

"This six piece band hosts three male lead singers, an incredible female lead singer, a beautiful & talented female fiddle player, a pounding rhythm section, and an amazing lead guitarist," the township says on its website. "Performing the top modern country hits from Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood and Taylor Swift to Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert and Lady Antebellum."

The next Parsippany-Troy Hills Township Council meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 6. Although the council has not yet announced when the Waterview ordinance will be on the agenda, they scheduled the Aug. 6 and Aug. 20 meetings at the Parsippany Hills High School.

Opponents have announced they will try to flood the meeting with enough people to reach maximum capacity and shut down the building, preventing the council from taking action.

The Parsippany-Troy Hills Board of Education will not meet again until Aug. 22, after deciding to revisit the negotiating table with the Paraprofessionals Association.
