Semi, Motorcycle, And 3 Other Vehicles Crash On NJ Highway: Police

Two people went to the hospital after the five-vehicle crash early Friday morning on Route 80 westbound, said state police.

PARSIPPANY, NJ — Two people had moderate injuries after a multi-car crash early Friday morning along Route 80 in Parsippany, said state police.

Troopers responded to the crash at 1:03 a.m. Friday on I-80 westbound, at milepost 47.2. Few details were available, but police said a Toyota passenger vehicle, Harley-Davidson motorcycle, Ford SUV, Ford pickup truck and a tractor-trailer were involved in the incident.

First responders transported the driver of the Ford SUV and the motorcycle to an area hospital with moderate injuries, a New Jersey State Police spokesperson said.
