Truck, iPad Stolen From Parsippany School District's Maintenance Yard: Cops
Alleged thefts occurred during Thanksgiving holiday, police report.

PARSIPPANY – A pickup truck, landscaping equipment, and an iPad were stolen from the Parsippany-Troy Hills School District’s Maintenance department, and police are asking for help finding the items.
Police were called to 160 Old Bloomfield Avenue just after 9 a.m. on Nov. 30 for a report of a burglary and a stolen motor vehicle, police said.
When officers arrived they spoke with an employee who said sometime between Nov. 25 at 11 p.m. and Nov. 28, someone broke into the gated area of the property and removed multiple pieces of landscaping and construction equipment, along with an iPad Air, police said.

It was also learned that a 2009 Ford F350 pickup truck was stolen, police said.
The total value of the items came to approximately $41,000, police said. The incident is still under investigation, and police are asking anyone with information to call 973-263-4313.
