PARSIPPANY, NJ — A car has ignited into flames on Interstate 80, causing traffic delays in surrounding areas, according to authorities.

According to the New Jersey Department of Transportation, the car is on the I-80 Express Lanes westbound Exit 47A—I-280, near Parsippany-Troy Hills Township.

All lanes are currently closed, police said.

As a result, traffic in the surrounding areas should expect a slight delay, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation's 511NJ website.
