Car Fire Snarls Traffic, Closes Lanes On Route 80
Fully-engulfed SUV caused a scene Wednesday morning in Morris County.
DENVILLE TWP., N.J. – A car fire Wednesday morning on Route 80 created a large response from area fire departments and shut two lanes on the interstate.
The incident occurred around 11:30 a.m. on the westbound side of Route 80 in Denville Township just east of Exit 39, according to 511nj.org.
It is not yet know if anyone was injured. The lanes were shut for about an hour and caused 10-15 minute delays.
