The organization recognized its service award winners at the organization’s annual gala at The Waterside in North Bergen. The annual event also included installing AIA-NJ’s 2012 officers and honoring the winners of its design competition.

“These awards are given to architects, architectural firms and individuals for their accomplishments in their field and for their contributions to the community,” said Laurence E. Parisi, 2012 AIA-NJ president. “We (had been looking) forward to the honor of recognizing these individuals, who have been instrumental in reshaping and revitalizing the built environment in which we live as well as in serving those in need.”
