Dennis P. DiSpirito, Formerly Of Point Pleasant Beach, Dies At 53

Dennis P. DiSpirito, of Spartanburg, South Carolina, formerly of Point Pleasant Beach, passed away peacefully on Nov. 12, 2016 in South Carolina, surrounded by family and friends. He was 53.

Dennis graduated from Point Pleasant Beach High School, served in the U.S Army, and attended Ocean County College before moving to South Carolina.

He worked in IT for Adidas for 23 years.

Dennis was an avid sports fan and trivia master who would amaze his audience with his wealth of random knowledge. Dennis loved life and lived it to the fullest, a kind-hearted person that always had a smile on his face. His laughter and gentle spirit touched so many, and will be greatly missed.

He was predeceased by his father Anthony DiSpirito Jr. Surviving are his mother Catherine DiSpirito, his brother Anthony DiSpirito III and his wife Rebekka, his sisters Diane Johnson and her husband Cliff and Kathy Caulfield and her husband Kyle and five nephews and one niece, Vinny, Cliff, Chris, Rachel, Brian and Kevin.

The family will receive relatives and friends for a Memorial gathering from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday Nov. 26, 2016 at Colonial Funeral Home, 2170 Highway 88, Brick, NJ 08724.
