More Point Pleasant Boro Road Closures

POINT PLEASANT BORO – More road closures are planned for Point Pleasant Boro, police announced on Wednesday.

A section of Northstream Pkwy was scheduled to be closed, police announced.

The closing was set to take place between Route 88 and Bridge Avenue.

The road closure was taking plae because of milling and paving. Drivers were told to take an alternate route.

The Beaver Dam Bridge was also set to undergo maintenance on Wednesday.

The bridge was set to open every 10 minutes during certain hours so maintenance can take place, officials said.

The maintenance and openings were scheduled to take place between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., officials said.

Officials told people to use an alternate route while the maintenance work is underway.
