Point Beach police released the following activity from Aug. 29 through Sept. 9:

On 9/9/12 at 4:03 AM – Krystle Pascale, 24, of Garrison, NY, was arrested on Griffiths Avenue by Officer Christopher Mosca for criminal trespassing.

 On 9/9/12 at 4:49 AM – Juan Vasquez, 29, of Point Pleasant, was arrested by Sgt. Gerald Quaglia for disorderly conduct.

 On 9/9/12 at 3:45 AM – Justin Jordan, 26, of Brick, was arrested by Officer Christopher Mosca for driving while intoxicated.

 On 9/8/12 at 11:57 PM – Daniel Sarajew, 35, of Old Bridge, was arrested on the Boardwalk by Officer David Talty for disorderly conduct.

 On 9/8/12 at 11:22 PM – Frank Barone, 50, of Brick, was arrested on the Boardwalk by Officer Eric Pardo for hindering apprehension and disorderly conduct.

 On 9/8/12 at 1:18 AM – Steven P. Salerno, 50, of Morganville, was arrested on Central Avenue by Officer Matthew Walaszek for disorderly conduct.

 On 9/8/12 at 1:40 AM – Anthony M. Niemczyk, 23, of Point Pleasant, was arrested on Trenton Avenue by Officer Gary Siculietano for driving while intoxicated.

 On 9/6/12 at 11:30 PM – Tyree F. Lusk, 29, of Paterson, was arrested on Ocean Avenue by Officer Marc Distelcamp for hindering apprehension.

 On 9/6/12 at 9:28 PM – Matthew T. Burbage, 35, of Point Pleasant Beach, was arrested on Arnold Avenue by Sgt. Matthew Duffy for possession of  CDS.

 On 9/3/12 at 10:57 PM – Cristiano Rinau, 29, of Union, was arrested on Parkway by Officer Gary Siculietano for driving while intoxicated.

 On 9/3/12 at 7:58 AM – Michael Clapp, 18, of Point Pleasant Beach, was arrested on Washington Avenue by Officer Andrew Meany for possession of CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic needle.

 On 9/3/12 at 2:11 AM – Gladys Perdomo, 42, of North Bergen, was arrested on the Boardwalk by Officer David Talty for hindering apprehension.

 On 9/3/12 at 2:11 AM – Julio Alferez, 39, of North Bergen, was arrested on the Boardwalk by Officer David Talty for hindering apprehension.

 On 9/3/12 at 2:00 AM – Connor H. Kroll, 21, of Oak Ridge, was arrested on Ocean Avenue by Lt. Joseph Michigan for possession of marijuana under 50 grams.

 On 9/3/12 at 2:00 AM – Bashkim Seji, 21, of Oak Ridge, was arrested on Ocean Avenue by Lt. Joseph Michigan for possession of marijuana under 50 grams.

 On 9/2/12 at 10:12 PM – Noah J. Brooks, Spring Hill, FL, was arrested on the Boardwalk by Officer Shane Dengel for Possession of CDS, possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 On 9/2/12 at 6:57 PM – Manuel Lezcano, 26, of Newark, was arrested on New Jersey Avenue by Officer Matthew Walaszek for possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.

 On 9/2/12 at 12:42 AM – Anthony T. Coyle, 27, of Toms River, was arrested on Ocean Avenue by Officer John Cain for driving while intoxicated.

 On 9/2/12 at 11:59 PM – Phillip Lupo, 26, of Huntington Station, N.Y., was arrested on the Boardwalk by Officer Michael Gatnarek for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and assault.

 On 9/1/12 at 10:20 PM – Olive F. Harris, 61, of Philadelphia, PA, was arrested on the Boardwalk by Officer John Cain for defiant trespassing and resisting arrest.

 On 9/1/12 at 9:54 PM – Stephen E. Schunk, 28, of Paterson, was arrested on Ocean Avenue by Officer Sean McCarthy for simple assault,

 On 9/1/12 at 8:37 PM – Alexandra Garita, 28, of Secaucus, was arrested on Parkway by Officer John Cain for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 On 9/1/12 at 4:05 PM – Robert M. Olkowitz, 23, of Brick, was arrested on Channel drive by Officer Matthew Nickerson for theft of services.

 On 9/1/12 at 2:08 AM – Evan R. Cratz, 24, of West Caldwell, was arrested on Ocean Avenue by Lt. Joseph Michigan for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 On 9/1/12 at 2:24 AM – Nicholas Rubino, 22, of Toms River, was arrested by Officer Marc Distelcamp for driving while intoxicated.

On 9/1/12 at 2:26 AM – Shanna Ragusa, 21, of Verona, was arrested on Ocean Avenue by Lt. Joseph Michigan for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 On 9/1/12 at 2:11 AM – Ronald A. Luchejko, 26, of Wayne, was arrested on Ocean Avenue by Officer Anthony Claps for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

 On 9/1/12 at 12:45 AM – Joseph M. Guinta, 21, of Old Bridge, was arrested on Arnold Avenue by Officer David Talty for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and hindering apprehension.

 On 9/1/12 at 12:03 AM – Mauro Almeida, 30, of New York, NY, was arrested on the Boardwalk by Officer John Cain for defiant trespassing.

 On 8/31/12 at 7:46 AM – Christopher J. Antelmi, 32, of Staten Island, NY, was arrested on Arnold Avenue by Officer Austin Pelka for possession of CDS, possession of CDS with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 On 8/30/12 at 9:19 PM – Rashad A. Isaac, 20, of East Orange, was arrested on Central Avenue by Officer Joseph Gippetti for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 On 8/29/12 at 10:28 PM – Vladimir V. Mikhol, 20, of Matawan, was arrested on Arnold Avenue by Officer Matt Nickerson for possession of marijuana under 50 grams.

The media and public are reminded that criminal charges are merely accusations and these defendants are presumed innocent until and unless they are proven guilty.
