Residents Invited To Valentine's Souper Bowl In Point Pleasant Beach
The event, part of the Mayor's Wellness Campaign, will include Mayor Doug Vitale sharing his experience of having a congenital heart defect.
POINT PLEASANT BEACH, NJ — The February edition of the Mayor's Wellness Campaign will honor American Heart Month with the Valentine's Souper Bowl.
Join Mayor Doug Vitale for soup and conversation about health and wellness on Feb. 10 from noon to 2 p.m. at the Woman's Club of Point Pleasant Beach, 513 St. Louis Ave.
"We’ll be gathering to enjoy delicious soup and meaningful conversation about health and wellness. I’ll also be sharing my personal story of living with a congenital heart defect and how it has shaped my commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles in our community," Vitale said in announcing the event. "This is a great opportunity to connect with neighbors, learn more about heart health, and share a meal together."

A $5 donation is requested at the door, and attendees are asked to RSVP by Feb. 4 to Cordelia Calderone at 908-930-1360.
