Vehicle Thefts In Bay Head, Mantoloking, Brick: Point Boro Police

POINT PLEASANT BORO – Vehicle thefts have been reported in the area, Point Pleasant Boro police announced this week.

Residents are reminded to lock your vehicles and remove all valuables and keys, police said.

During a two-day period last week, motor vehicle thefts in Bay Head, Mantoloking and Brick were reported, police said.

The vehicles were unlocked with the keys left inside, police said.

Police suspect the vehicles were driven to the Newark area, where they are typically used in the commission of additional crimes, police said.
