First Summer Courtyard Concert Begins Tonight

The free Summer Courtyard Concerts at the begin tonight, Thursday at 6 p.m. with a performance by the Blawenburg Band. 

Founded in 1890, the Blawenburg Band is one of the oldest community bands in the state. Its 75 members range in age from their teens to their 90s, and include teachers and students, research scientists and computer specialists, and homemakers and active retirees. Some have had years of training and professional experience, others learned to play as children and are dedicated amateurs.

Future concerts this summer include The Jazz Lobsters, Alex Mitnick and the Kaleidoscope Band, Riverside Bluegrass Band and Amazin Grace and the Grace Little Band.

The concerts are presented by the  in partnership with the Princeton Shopping Center.
