Multiple Roads Closed In Princeton Due To Flooding Monday Morning

PRINCETON, NJ — Heavy overnight rains have caused multiple road closures in Princeton Monday morning, authorities said.

The following roads have been affected:

  • River Rd closed from Herrentown Road to Blue Spring Road (Montgomery Twp)
  • Quaker Road long (Mercer Road to Quakerbridge Road) is closed.
  • Quaker Road short (Parkside Dr. to Rt. 206) is closed.
  • Mercer Road (Province Line Road to Hutchinson Dr.) open
  • Rosedale Road (Elm Road to Province Line Road) is closed. Johnson Park School can only be accessed from Elm Rd.

Authorities have asked drivers not to go around barricades and cones. They should seek alternate routes instead.

Commuters should allow extra time to travel.
