Princeton Borough Police Incidents
The following incidents were reported by Princeton Borough Police.
On May 2 at 8:20 a.m, police arrested John Gore, 52, of Pine Street, Princeton.
Police said Gore entered Nassau Presbyterian Church at 61 Nassau Street and stole an unattended suitcase inside the church.
Police located Gore several minutes later near St. Paul’s Church on Nassau Street. They also found the suitcase in an alleyway in the first block of Vandeventer Avenue.

Property that had been inside the suitcase was later found at Gore's house. The value of the property was $550.
Gore was arrested, charged with theft and released on his own recognisanze.

He is due in court May 9.
On May 3 at 10:30 a.m., police arrested Adam Dainty-Nagore, 19, of Cuyler Road, Princeton Township and charged him with unlawful taking of means of conveyance, being an unlicensed driver and failure to yield the right of way at an intersection.
Police said Dainty-Nagore was stopped while driving on Witherspoon Street after he failed to yield at a right of way. Police discovered he he had taken the vehicle without permission of the owner.
He was arrested and released on his own recognisanze.
His court date is May 9.
