Princeton Man Charged with Defiant Trespassing at Starbucks

Police said the man had been warned not to return to the store, but did so anyway.

 

Princeton Borough Police arrested a 57-year-old Princeton man on Thursday after he allegedly returned to Starbucks Coffee on Nassau Street after being warned not to. 

Police responded shortly after 7 p.m. to Starbucks located at 100 Nassau Street. They arrested Hung Nguyen of Ferrand Road and charged him with defiant trespassing.

Police said Nguyen had been warned by Starbucks management not to return due to previous disorderly conduct inside the store. 

Nguyen was released and issued a summons. He is due in court on Feb. 6.
