Rosedale Detour, Dinky Bus and Brush Removal Begin Today

A reminder about items affecting residents beginning on Monday, July 16.

 

A reminder about three important things happening in Princeton beginning today. 

  • Starting Monday, July 16 buses will replace all Dinky trains between 9:20 a.m. and 3:25 p.m. for annual mainenace on the track and overhead power lines. Buses will depart from locations near the rail platform, operating on the train schedule to the extent possible. Rail service will continue during weekday peak commuter hours. 
  • Starting Monday, July 16, milling and resurfacing work will begin on Rosedale Road from Province Line Road to Constitution Hill. The section of road will be closed from about 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on weekdays, although emergency vehicles and residents will be permitted. The work will take about 10 days.  
  • Princeton Township will begin brush and branch pickup this week for residents  in Sections 1 and 2. All debris must be by the curb on Monday at 7 a.m. All items must three feet or less in length and six inches or less in width.
