  • To bypass the construction, use Henry Avenue to Moore Street to Wiggins Street or vice versa.
  • To access the Witherspoon Jackson Neighborhood and the businesses between Quarry and Clay, use John Street to Maclean Street to Witherspoon Street.
  • Leave the area via Quarry or Lytle. Access to the area of Witherspoon Street between Clay and Leigh will be via Clay Street or Franklin Avenue.

All side streets will remain open and local traffic will be allowed to travel on Witherspoon Street between Henry and Leigh and between Wiggins and Clay. Drivers are asked not to travel past the "Local Traffic Only" barricades unless they have business to attend to in these locations – particularly between Wiggins and Quarry, leaving the area will require a u-turn.
