Ramsey, Paramus Dunkin' Donuts Robbed At Gunpoint: Police
The man brandished a handgun, demanded money from the registers, and tried to have an employee open the safe, police said.
RAMSEY, NJ — A man robbed the Dunkin' Donuts on Route 17 North at gunpoint early Wednesday morning, said police Chief Bryan Gurney.
Shortly after 12:30 a.m., the man brandished a handgun, demanded money from the registers, and tried to have an employee open the business' safe, Gurney said. The man was given money and fled through the back door of the Dunkin' Donuts, he said.
The suspect is described as an Asian man in his 20s with a thin build. He wore a black hooded sweatshirt, face mask, and sunglasses, the chief said.

The Paramus Police Department also reported a similar incident occurring at a Dunkin' Donuts there by someone matching the description of the Ramsey robbery suspect.
