Armed NJ Kidnapper Faces Sexual Assault, Burglary Charges, Police Say (patch.com) β€” Residents should be aware that a woman was abducted in broad daylight from the County College of Morris parking lot in Randolph, after her car and phone were found abandoned there. Police say security video showed a suspect forcing her into his vehicle before she was later discovered handcuffed inside the car in Sussex County. A Roselle man now faces kidnapping, aggravated sexual assault, carjacking, and weapons charges as he awaits court proceedings.

2. Armed Men Tie Up Employee, Rob Morris Co. Liquor Store, Police Say (patch.com) β€” People in Randolph should know that two masked, armed suspects robbed a Route 10 liquor store, tying up one employee in the bathroom and threatening another at the register. The pair stole cash, a phone, and other proceeds before fleeing toward Victory Gardens. Police are still searching for the suspects and are asking anyone with information to contact the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office.
