Randolph Woman Accused Of Prostitution At Massage Parlor
Homeland Security, ICE and the Hopatcong Police Department all assisted in the investigation.

ROXBURY, NJ — Three women were arrested at Roxbury massage parlors for allegedly engaging in prostitution, and another two were taken in by Homeland Security for immigration violations, Roxbury Police said in a statement.
The three woman were arrested at three different massage parlors in the area, following an investigation that ICE and Homeland Security both took part in (Hopatcong police were also involved).
Meihua Paio, 44, from Flushing, New York, was arrested at the Paradine Spa on Route 46 in Kenvil. HaiYu Quan, 49, also from Flushing, was arrested at the Wawoo Spa on Route 10 in Ledgewood. Zhenji Jin, 51, from Randolph, was arrested at the Kenvil Spa on Route 46 in Kenvil.

All three were charged with prostitution and released with an appearance in municipal court.
Another two women were taken into custody by Homeland Security Investigations; one had a final order of deportation and the other had overstayed a visa. Neither of their names were released.
