Burglary Attempt at Shrewsbury Ave. Liquor Store
Red Bank Police activity from July 27 to Aug. 3.

An attempted burglary was reported at a Shrewsbury Avenue liquor store. The owner reported that between July 27 and July 28 an unknown person broke the front glass door in an effort to get inside.
The suspect was unable to gain entry, however, police said, but there were signs that a door lock had been tampered with.
No arrests have been made in connection with the incident.

Criminal mischief occurring between July 22 and July 27 at Marine Park. The victim reported that unknown person or persons cut two ropes, which secured a boat to dock, but there was no damage to boat.

Theft occurring between July 27 and July 28 at West Front Street parking lot. The victim reported that unknown subject or subjects entered a parked vehicle and stole a backpack, which contained prescription pills. Ptl. Jhonatan Quispe responded.
ARRESTS:
Wayne Bright, 66, of Fair Haven, was arrested on Aug. 3 in the area of Monmouth Street on charges of open alcoholic beverage in public and COC by Ptl. Paul Perez.
McCormick Williams, 40, of Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 2 in the area of Peters Place on a charge of defiant trespass by Ptl. Michael Zadlock.
Alexander Chernoff, 42, of Oceanport, was arrested on July 31 in the area of Spring St. on a harassment charge by Ptl. David Hicks.
A male juvenile age 17 of Red Bank was arrested on July 31 in the area of West Front Street on charges of possession and consumption of alcohol underage and possession of drug paraphernalia by Ptl. David Hicks.
Evan Raczkiewicz, 19, of Lincroft, was arrested on July 31 in the area of Mohawk Lane on charges of unlawful possession of a weapon and receiving stolen property by Ptl. Thomas Doremus.
Steven Dare, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 29 in the area of River Road on a drunken driving charge by Capt. Darren McConnell.
Edward Stockley, 20, of Plano, Texas, was arrested on July 27 in the area of Wharf Ave. on a charge of misrepresenting his age to purchase alcohol by Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.
