Honor Memorial Day in RB, Shrewsbury

 
Both Red Bank and Shrewsbury are hosting Memorial Day services Monday to honor those who have served the country.

At 11 a.m. at 51 Monmouth Street, the site of Red Bank's original borough hall and Veterans Monmument, the Red Bank Elks will host a service.

In Shrewsbury, a Memorial Day service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Patriot Isle at the corner of Sycamore Avenue and Route 35.

In the event of rain, the location will be switched to Shrewsbury Hose Co. No. 1 on Route 35.

All are welcome, organizers said.
