Meeting, Fitness in the Park

We made it through the rain, Red Bank-Shrewsbury area friends and fans! I know, pretty bad. I just had to say it. Don't feel bad, everyone else had to hear it, too.

Well, now that we've been cooped up from the soppy soaking of yesterday, it's time to get out, if you can. It's supposed to be very sunny today with a high near 77 degrees, according to my buddy the weather troll.

So, it's mild weather for those who want to hit the beach and/or do some recreating in the water. Here's the tide table for Sea Bright today through sunrise tomorrow:
