National Night Out Event Set In Red Bank

RED BANK, NJ — The Red Bank Police Department has set its National Night Out event to take place this summer.
Set to run from 6-9 p.m. on Aug. 5, the annual event aims to enhance the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back “a true sense of community,” according to the National Night Out website.
At Red Bank’s National Night Out event, attendees will be able to meet Red Bank police officers while also enjoying food, music, games and more.

Officials are asking attendees to bring canned food items or toiletries as a donation to Lunch Break, which provides food, clothing, life skills and more to those in need throughout Monmouth County and beyond.
The National Night Out event will take place at Count Basie Field on Tuesday, Aug. 5.

“Join us for National Night Out — a fun-filled evening with food, music, games, and community spirit!” the borough said in an online post. “Bring your friends, family, and a canned good or toiletry item to support Lunch Break.”
