Normal Water Levels Confirmed In Navesink River Following Sewage Spill
The NJ Department of Environmental Protection confirmed normal testing levels for the Navesink River on Wednesday afternoon.

RED BANK, NJ — Normal testing levels were confirmed in the Navesink River following a routine shellfish and bathing beach test conducted by the NJ Department of Environmental Protection on Wednesday afternoon, officials said.
This test follows the news of a sewage spill that occurred last week in an NJ Transit parking lot.
According to Red Bank Borough, the borough communicated with NJDEP in regard to the sewer main break and discharge to the Navesink River.

Due to the repaired sewer main break, officials said no advisories exist at this time for the Navesink River.
