Porchfest Returns To Red Bank On Saturday

RED BANK, NJ — Porchfest returns to Red Bank on Saturday from noon to 6 p.m.

Started in 2007 in Ithaca, NY, Porchfests are annual music festivals and events held on the front and side porches across the US and Canada, according to the Red Bank Porchfest website.

The event aims to bring local musicians and neighborhoods together to celebrate and embrace community.

The first Red Bank Porchfest took place in 2022, and was formed by Red Bank residents Jeff MacPherson, Billy Portman, John Shepherd and Marta Quinn.

This year, Red Bank Porchfest attendees will be able to continue the Porchfest tradition and stroll from porch to porch to enjoy town-wide festivities.
